Five stars for customer service. I found myself in a bind this morning with no heat, and the contractor who was supposed to come out was a no-show. So of course I went straight to yelp. I called Quirolos and spoke to Stacy - super nice and understanding. I had taken time off work this morning, so it really came down to a time-issue for me: Already lost 4 hours of work and had to go back. HOWEVER, customer service is so important to me, and I really felt comfortable with this company.....so, I will need more work done in January or February and I will go to them then. For now, I am putting on another layer of clothing! So right now they get 5 stars for great customer service and really trying to schedule me in....I will update later!
